Perfectly pleasant stay. Enjoyable base for 2 nights. Family-friendly and neat rooms with shower. Easy to get to, strategic location near Prangin Mall, Komtar Walk, 1st Avenue, and many other attractions and famous food.

The location turned out to be good, close to a good area close to street food vendors. For dinner, we went to Yo, it was near the venue;))

The location is fantastic, being in a great area. It's just a 5-minute walk to Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 tube station. the staff was friendly and genuinely kind.

Truly enjoyed the way our economy quadruple room with shower was arranged. The staff were affable and always had a smile. The hotel's location was central, close to everything including ferry port.

Some people working there were arrogant.

The pool here was lovely, and the staff were really nice. the location is awesome, right by all the touristy spots, like the street art, shopping at Komtar, and so many cool attractions and delicious food options. 🏊‍♂️.

We had a great one-night stay in this place with spacious units that include a bunk bed, shower, and bathroom, along with friendly staff and an affordable restaurant offering local dishes.

we had a wonderful stay at this traditional hotel. the venue was a decent base for enjoying a nice quiet area, not far from the museum and tourist spots and the beautiful old town and mall, bus station and main street art. the check in was smooth, the room was immaculately clean with bunk bed as well as private bathroom. also, location was good and convenient, at a short distance from chew jetty.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our xmas experience a little bit better. The location of the hotel was amazing, with everything within walking distance. We loved the fact that the rooms were cleaned daily.

The mosquitoes were unbearable during our stay, and we had to constantly apply bug repellent just to get a good night's sleep. The rooms were a bit small and cramped, and there was not enough space to move around comfortably.
